Write down things that make you happy. Things you can do when times get rough to try to help bring you joy in the darkness. Think of little things that don’t take a lot of energy so even when you feel like you are over tired you can still manage. You can write anything down like:
- petting your beloved pets
- sitting in the sun shine
- listening to music
- smelling flowers
- watching your favorite movie
- working on crafts
- playing with clay
Try every day to put depression at bay. It’s not easy, but it is worth while.
